Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and experienced Co-founder and
Technical Lead to join our team and play a critical role in the growth and success
of our Client. As the Co-founder and Technical Lead, you will be responsible for
leading the technical aspect of our company, from the initial product development
to scaling the company's technology infrastructure. You will work closely with the
CEO and other co-founders to shape the company's vision, strategy and
direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CEO and other co-founders to define the company’s vision,
    mission and strategy.
  •  Lead the development of innovative, cutting-edge products and services that
    align with the company's vision and strategy.
  • Create and execute a technology roadmap that supports the company's overall
    business objectives.
  •  Hire, manage and develop a high-performing technical team.
  • Oversee all aspects of product development, including design, coding, testing
    and deployment.
  • Ensure the stability, scalability and security of our products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and identify
    opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Take ownership of technical decisions and provide leadership and guidance to
    the team.

Skill & Experience

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a
    related field.
  •  Proven experience as a co-founder and/or technical lead in a technology
    company.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, architecture,
    data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
  • Hands-on experience with web and mobile development, cloud infrastructure,
    and DevOps.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Passion for technology and a strong desire to make a difference.
