Corporate Sales Manager: (Female) 6 nos. (Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, New Delhi).

 

Job Summary

The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving B2B and corporate business growth by acquiring and managing key corporate accounts. The role focuses on building long-term partnerships with organizations for their travel, events, and MICE requirements, ensuring revenue growth, client satisfaction, and strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a corporate sales strategy to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients, travel partners, and institutions.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients through continuous engagement and superior service delivery.
  • Conduct corporate presentations, meetings, and negotiations to close business deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, ticketing, MICE, finance) to ensure smooth delivery of travel solutions.
  • Develop and promote tailor-made travel solutions for business travel, conferences, incentives, and events.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to recommend strategies for business growth.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to management.
  • Represent Tripkartz at corporate events, trade fairs, and exhibitions to enhance brand presence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Post Graduate with Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or tourism sector.
  • Strong corporate network and proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a result-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and digital communication platforms.
