Construction Project Manager
Construction Execution Management of Designs/Plans/Drawings in Residential Real Estate in last 5 years; Has overseen successful delivery & handovers of residential real estate projects, with close understanding of issues/challenges therein
➢Adopt Company Policies, Commercial Contracts & Industry Standards in detail – as required to fulfil project requirement; Understands the regulatory practices & industry norms; Familiar with HS&E requirements of Construction Projects
➢Experience in Planning – Scheduling – Billing – Estimation – Budgeting – Troubleshooting – Project Progress Reporting at Construction Project Sites
➢Resourceful & well connected across the ecosystem in Construction & Real Estate industry to bring success in desired role
➢Good working experience in managing Labourers, Equipments, Resources, Materials & Contractors/Suppliers/Partners; Work closely with ALL Teams inside & outside Co; Friendly with People & Assertive on Project Result Requirements
➢Deliver quality output through teams, in the completion of Construction plans with focus on budget & timelines
➢Understands & Adopts Modern Construction Techniques regularly, at sites
➢Proficient in using MS-Office, ERP & other specific software tools (like construction management, project management, AutoCAD & billing systems) required for work
➢Documentation efficiency with working comfort in Tamil-English-Hindi language communication
➢Background in Civil Engineering is essential (PMC experience may not be relevant here)
➢Detailed experience in execution-delivery-handover of Residences/Living Spaces across all areas in Civil Structure, MEP-Services & Finishes
➢Customer Centric Mindfulness & Customer Support Orientation
