Job Title: Sales & Business Development Manager

Locations: Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Delhi & Bangalore

About the Role

Nhance is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Managers to drive regional growth across key Indian markets. The role requires professionals with 5–6 years of consultative sales experience, strong client engagement capabilities, and a proven track record in managing strategic accounts across large and mid-sized enterprises.

The incumbent will be responsible for revenue generation, business expansion, and building a strong sales pipeline, while contributing to long-term organizational growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive regional sales revenue and achieve assigned annual targets
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence
  • Build, manage, and maintain a robust and measurable sales pipeline
  • Initiate and lead high-value client conversations with key decision-makers
  • Identify, qualify, and close opportunities in a timely and structured manner
  • Establish and nurture strategic relationships across the ecosystem
  • Manage key accounts with a focus on both short-term wins and long-term growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery
  • Track, analyze, and report sales performance and market insights

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to represent the brand externally
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and highly collaborative approach
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with disciplined follow-up

Technical & Domain Expertise- (Good to Have)

  • Good understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS) and related technologies
  • Passion for technology-driven solutions in smart buildings and infrastructure
  • Familiarity with IoT, Sensors, LMS, and associated systems is an added advantage

Communication Requirements

  • Strong command over English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels—clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
