We are seeking an experienced Index IT Lead to manage and guide a team of developers and data specialists. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills, ensuring timely delivery of applications while maintaining stability, performance, and alignment with business priorities. This role also involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and system operations teams, along with integrating AI capabilities into applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management
•Lead, mentor, and coach a team of developers and data specialists.

Stakeholder Management

Qualifications & Skills Required
•Proven experience managing application development and maintenance teams.
•Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
•Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
•Hands-on experience with Java, Python, and React.
•Background in Index business and financial services domain. Preferred
•Experience integrating AI solutions into applications.
•Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices.
•Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with global teams.
