Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven IT Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles. The ideal candidate understands technology, can speak the language of developers, and has a passion for finding the right talent in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles including developers, testers, DevOps, data engineers, and architects
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, technical skills, and team fit
• Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and HR interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates and interviewers
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends
• Hands-on experience with ATS, job portals, and LinkedIn sourcing
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Skills
• Experience hiring for niche or high-demand technical roles
• Familiarity with contract staffing and vendor management
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics and analytics
