Key Responsibilities
- Windows Servers SCCM patching. Ensure timely installation of patches through SCCM and updates to maintain system security and compliance
- Hardware support, Vendor co-ordination, Windows OS troubleshooting
- Perform system monitoring and ensure the integrity and availability of hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes Citrix Operations and Troubleshooting(this is must)
