Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Architect to join our team at
Analytics Client. Our company specializes in providing data-driven solutions to
clients in various industries, and we are looking for an individual who is
passionate about data, technology, and delivering exceptional results. As a Data
Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining
the data infrastructure that supports our analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
    and translate them into data architecture solutions.
  • Design and build data models and databases that are scalable, efficient, and
    secure.
  • Develop strategies for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
    processes from various data sources.
  • Create and maintain documentation of data architecture, data flows, and data
    models.
  • Identify and implement best practices for data governance, data quality, and
    data security.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and methodologies to enhance our
    data architecture and analytics capabilities.
  • Conduct performance monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting of data
    architecture and databases.
  • Work closely with data engineers and data analysts to ensure smooth data flow
    through the entire analytics process.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders on
    data architecture and data-related issues.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data architecture and
    data management.

Skill & Experience

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
    a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or a
    similar role.
  • Solid understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and data modeling
    principles.
  • Knowledge of database management systems, such as SQL, NoSQL, and
    Hadoop.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, or
    Scala.
  • Experience with cloud-based data services, such as AWS, Google Cloud, or
    Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced
    environment.
