Key Responsibilities

  • Define and prioritize product features, create product roadmaps and lead timely
    delivery of releases.
  • Understand market trends, competition, and customer needs to make informed
    product decisions.
  • Translate product vision into detailed user stories and coordinate with the
    development team to ensure effective and efficient implementation
  •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and
    marketing to ensure alignment and timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Communicate product updates, features, and roadmaps to internal and external
    stakeholders.
  • Conduct user research, gather feedback and analyze data to continuously
    improve the product.

Skill & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.

  • Experience in a startup environment is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management tools.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced and dynamic
    environment

  • Passion for technology and keeping up with the latest trends in HR tech.
